Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm Specialty Cardiology. Rooming, Medication Reconciliation, EPIC experience, able to take feedback, demonstrates flexibility. Primary address : SCHI at Brighton - Clinton Woods 2365 S. Clinton Ave, Suite 100, Rochester NY 14618 Float to the following locations as needed : 1. Medical Office Building : 1415 Portland Ave, Suite 350, Rochester NY 14621 2. Linden Oaks : 30 Hagen Drive, Suite 100, Rochester NY 14618 3. Greece Canal Landing - 101 Canal Landing Blvd, suite 8, Rochester NY 14626 Facility can call off up to 3 shifts for 13-week contract and 2 shifts less than 13-week contract. Floating is expected.
