Office Scheduler - Cardiology Practice (Full-Time)

Location : Santa Monica, CA

Join a compassionate, high-performing cardiology team in beautiful Santa Monica! This team is a respected private practice serving the community for over 20 years, and is looking for a friendly and proactive Office Scheduler who truly enjoys helping patients feel supported and cared for.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate follow-up visits, new patient appointments, and in-office diagnostic studies
• Answer patient calls, confirm upcoming visits, and assist with scheduling needs
• Maintain accurate patient records and prepare charts for clinical staff
• Support prior authorization requests and general administrative workflows
• Collaborate with physicians, MAs, and front / back-office staff to keep the clinic running smoothly
• Lend a hand with occasional clinical support tasks when needed
