Location : Sussex, WI

Schedule : Monday-Friday | 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Are you detail-oriented and experienced in shipping and receiving? Join our team at Pregis , a global leader in protective packaging solutions, as a Shipping Coordinator and help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do :

As a Shipping Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing domestic and international shipments, ensuring accuracy, and supporting warehouse inventory activities. Your responsibilities will include :

• Preparing, staging, and verifying shipments
• Coordinating truck pickups and scheduling outbound deliveries
• Validating incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation
• Operating forklifts and other equipment to move materials
• Receiving inventory in SAP and organizing warehouse locations
• Preparing international shipping documents including BOLs and commercial invoices
• Supporting the Shipping Lead and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
