About the Role
The Company is in search of a Market President for Customer Success, a senior leader with a strong background in healthcare provider services. The successful candidate will be the primary executive contact for provider clients, engaging with C-suite executives to ensure the delivery of measurable outcomes and to represent the company as a strategic partner. This role requires a proven track record in customer success and account leadership, with a focus on core growth and retention metrics. The Market President will also be responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Leaders, coaching them to be trusted advisors, and working closely with internal global teams to ensure consistent and scalable client outcomes.
Candidates for the Market President position should have at least 20 years' of experience in healthcare provider services, with a minimum of 7-10 years' in customer success or account leadership roles. A deep understanding of provider workflows, value-based care, revenue cycle, and patient access is essential. The ideal candidate will have existing executive-level relationships with provider CFOs, CIOs, and COOs, and a strong credibility with the CFO. The role demands exceptional communication, executive presence, and the ability to influence and align cross-functional resources. An MBA, MHA, or equivalent advanced degree is preferred, and experience as a former CFO or COO at a large health system is a plus. Success in this role will be measured by the company's reputation as a strategic partner, the performance of Customer Success Leaders, and the expansion and retention of client accounts.
