Network Performance Advisor

A company is looking for a Network Performance Advisor. Key Responsibilities Manage relationships and performance of key provider groups Analyze and communicate financial, utilization, and quality metrics to drive provider performance improvements Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support provider performance and resolve challenges Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Health Care, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in Network Management, Provider Relations, or Risk / Value-Based Contracting 2+ years of experience in Account Management or management roles Understanding of Medicaid and Medicare contract, quality, and network requirements Familiarity with HEDIS and STARS measures
