Position Overview :

As an Evening Shift Registered Nurse (PM), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our senior residents during the afternoon and evening hours. This position entails overseeing resident health, providing medication administration, and collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional resident care and comfort.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physicians’ orders.
• Monitor and assess residents’ health status, including vital signs and responding to changes appropriately.
• Provide direct nursing care and support with daily living activities tailored to resident needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care, condition changes, and care plans.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to support resident well-being.
• Respond promptly and calmly to emergencies or urgent care needs during the shift.
• Assist with resident admissions and assessments as needed during the shift.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for all residents throughout the evening hours.
