Join BrightStar Care, a nationally recognized home health leader, and help us deliver high-quality, personalized care that makes a real difference in children’s lives and their families.

💰 Competitive Pay Rates :

Start of Care Visit : $75 / visit

Resumption of Care / Discharge : $65 / visit

Regular Skilled Visit : $50 / visit

Infusion Visits : $90 for the first 2 hours, then $40 / hour

Private Duty Nursing (PDN) : $40 / hour

Orientation / Training / Meetings : $20 / hour

We are seeking Registered Nurses with pediatric experience to provide care in a home setting. Whether it’s short-term skilled visits or long-term private duty shifts, you’ll be supporting families and improving the quality of life for young patients in need.

🏥 Key Responsibilities :

Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes

Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans

Educate patients’ families on treatment and health maintenance

Document care accurately and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to optimize care

✅ Requirements :

Active RN license in the state of practice

Pediatric and home health experience strongly preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

A passion for delivering compassionate, family-centered care
