We are looking for a collaborative energetic self-driven HR Generalist to join our team! Under the supervision of the Chief People Officer you will run the daily functions of the Seer Human Resource Department including onboarding and orientation HRIS maintenance administering benefits and leaves and answering inquires from employees and management regarding company policies and practices. This role will be based on-site in our Redwood City office on Monday Wednesday and Friday (Part Time / 24 Hours).

At Seer base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $68000 and $78000 per year (for part time / 3 days) and will depend on the candidateseducation skills qualifications experience and location. This position is also eligible for bonus and participation in the Companys equity plan.
