• Call every other weeknight and every three weekends
• Full scope adult cardiac surgical services and structural heart care
• Complex CABG expertise required
• Minimally invasive valve repair and replacement required
• Trans catheter structural heart procedures required
• Arrhythmia surgery and catheter interventions required
• ECMO expertise and experience required
• CC ICU management required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
