A large, well established and nationally recognized Community Health organization is seeking to recruit one full-time or two part-time Ob / Gyn physicians. It will depend upon what each Ob / Gyn physician provides. A Spanish-speaking Ob / Gyn physician would be an added benefit for their practice but is not a requirement. $ This is an Independent Contractor (IC) position. $175.00 per hour. Depending on the number of hours the provider works plus how many surgeries and deliveries she or he performs, the earning potential for the new Ob / Gyn physician is high / strong! CHICAGO, ILLINOIS : This nationally recognized and well-established Community Health organization is located about 30 to 40 minutes to downtown Chicago. PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY : A large, well established and nationally recognized Community Healthcare Organization is seeking to recruit one full-time or two part-time Ob / Gyn physicians. It will depend upon what each Ob / Gyn physician provides. A Spanish-speaking Ob / Gyn physician would be an added benefit for their practice but is not a requirement. Availability : Ob / Gyn physicians who just completed their residency training programs or will be completing their training in June of 2025, and Ob / Gyn physicians who have work experience are all welcome to apply. They all will be strongly considered. Offices : They have very modern offices. They are fully staffed with Medical Assistants, Nurse Midwifes, Nurse Practitioners, Clinic Manager, and Front Desk staff. The office also houses primary care physicians. Work Schedule : Full time hours are Monday through Friday. Choice : Either (four) 10-hour daytime shifts or (five) eight-hour daytime shifts. Work one half day on Saturday. 60% OB and 40% GYN Number of OB deliveries expected per month : About 60 deliveries per month Call : Call is 1 : 7. Hospital Laborists take first call. HOSPITAL : It is a newly built and very modern hospital. This hospital also has : a Neonatal Unit, Da Vinci Robotic equipment, and private rooms for C-sections and surgeries. FINANCIAL COMPENSATION : This is an Independent Contractor position. One Full-Time or two Part-Time positions are available. This practice offers an hourly salary of $175 per hour and extra income for deliveries and surgeries. If the Ob / Gyn works very hard, there is a potential to make between $300 to $350,000. Paid Malpractice Insurance with tail coverage is provided by the practice. The Ob / Gyn physicians can take as much time off as they want to. However, they will not be paid for Paid Time Off. That is up to the Ob / Gyn physician. Earning Potential : Depending on the number of hours the provider works plus how many surgeries and deliveries she or he performs, the Ob / Gyn physician’s earning potential is high!
