On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice Care

Current Open Positions :

• Weekday Full-Time On-Call RN : (three days per week) 8 : 00 a.m. to 8 : 00 p.m.
• Weekday Part-Time On-Call RN : (two days per week) 8 : 00 a.m. to 8 : 00 p.m.
• Weekend Days Part-Time On-Call RN : (every other Saturday and Sunday daytime) 8 : 00 a.m. to 8 : 00 p.m.
• Weekend Nights Part-Time On-Call RN : (every other Sunday and Monday overnight) 8 : 00 p.m. to 8 : 00 a.m.

Position Summary :

The On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) provides on-call skilled nursing care for hospice patients. This is done in person and telephonically. The On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) has the support of other on-call team members. Together, the team works to bring outstanding end of life care to our patients and their caregivers.
