• 24,000 annual visits 3.08 patients per hour during double coverage
• ICU hospitalist manages critical care patients
• Double provider coverage during shifts
• 14-bed intensive care unit
• Regular emergency medicine procedures required
• Ongoing night coverage needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
