Logistics Coordinator (Houston)

The Logistics Coordinator manages the end-to-end movement of materials and equipment for complex industrial projects. This role ensures every shipmentfrom oversized cargo to international freightmeets cost, schedule, and compliance goals. Responsibilities :

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including oversized and project cargo.
• Verify project scope, carrier requirements, and documentation accuracy.
• Arrange transport sequences, load-outs, and carrier tenders within TMS systems.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents (BOL, PL, CI) and upload to shared drives.
• Manage purchase orders, verify carrier invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
• Support ship-loose gathering, packing, and inspection of incoming materials.
• Communicate with project managers, suppliers, and carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct logistics tracking and maintain compliance with USDOT and international regulations.
