Monitors, educates and counsels patients / participants enrolled in lifestyle modification programs such as cardiopulmonary rehab and other primary / secondary prevention programs. This is a PRN position.
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in health-related field (e.g., exercise science, nursing) required
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Certification related to field (e.g., ACSM, ACE, AACUPR)
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date required
- ACLS certification through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date preferred
