As Service Line Division Head, Podiatry , you will :

• Integrate Care Across the Continuum. Build collaborative bridges among orthopedics, wound care, vascular, endocrinology, and rehabilitation.
• Define Excellence. Establish clinical standards and metrics that measure what matters healing, safety, and trust.
• Lead with Humility and Clarity. Foster a Just Culture where curiosity replaces blame and growth replaces fear.
• Inspire the Next Generation. Mentor podiatric residents and APPs, shaping education that blends skill with empathy.
• Drive Innovation. Use analytics and emerging technology to position RRH as a regional leader in high-value musculoskeletal care.
