Harris County Emergency Service District #50 (Channelview Fire Department) provides fire and emergency medical services to over 38,000 residents in an unincorporated area of eastern Harris County, Texas. Harris County Emergency Service District #50 (Channelview Fire Department) encompasses approximately 19 square miles that produces over 4,662 responses for emergency service per year.

To obtain employment an applicant must meet the following criteria at the time the application is submitted :

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 21 Years of age
• TDSHS Paramedic Certification
• Valid DL
