Job Title : Family Law Attorney (100% Remote – California-Based)

What You'll Do :

• Handle a full range of family law matters — divorce, custody, support, DV, and property division.
• Represent clients through all phases of litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Appear in court as needed — no daily commute to the office required.
• Communicate with empathy and clarity throughout every step of the case.

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000-$270,000 base annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
