This role is not about incremental improvements. It’s about creating the digital backbone of our business. You’ll be the one architecting the system that brings automation, compliance, and scale under one roof.

About the Role

You’ll join as the founding software engineer, take ownership of our internal systems build-out, and have the freedom to define standards, architecture, and integrations from the ground up.

As the company scales, this role can evolve into a senior technical leadership position with influence across data, automation, and infrastructure initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Build and integrate core operational software systems (ERP, scheduling, reporting, and analytics).
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive digital tools that increase efficiency and accuracy across departments.
• Develop secure, scalable integrations between platforms using APIs, automation frameworks, and custom code.
• Create clear, reliable data pipelines that ensure leadership has real-time visibility into performance metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and automation teams to continuously improve system usability and resilience.
• Establish technical standards for documentation, version control, and long-term scalability.
