A Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join a rural healthcare practices in Rensselaer, Indiana. Located 1.5 hrs to both Chicago, and Indianapolis. This physician would join a growing, thriving practice that provides a collegial environment and strong mentorship opportunities. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
