Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM

Compensation : $300,000–$310,000 annually

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Director of Pediatric Services to lead a mission-driven Pediatrics Department serving largely underserved communities in Berkeley, CA. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this role oversees clinical operations, staff management, and quality improvement to ensure high-quality, culturally responsive pediatric care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor pediatric providers and staff
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and departmental goals
• Drive quality improvement and regulatory compliance
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and community partnerships
• Promote health equity and address pediatric health disparities
