Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY)  has an opportunity for an  Outpatient Pulmonologist  at  Gotham Health / Tremont,  an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice for the  NYC Health + Hospitals  System, located on  Webster Avenue  in the  Bronx . The goal of this Center is to provide outpatient services to patients at high risk of contracting Covid-19, as well as short- and long-term follow-up care for those recovering from the disease.

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY)  has an opportunity for an Outpatient Pulmonologist at  Gotham Health / Broadway,  an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice for the  NYC Health + Hospitals  System .   Located on  815 Broadway  in  Brooklyn , Gotham Health / Broadway is a new, state-of-the-art health center providing comprehensive primary care to the entire family, including patients at high risk of contracting Covid-19, as well as short- and long-term follow-up care for those recovering from the disease.

Physician Affiliate Group of New York  ( PAGNY ) has an opportunity for an Outpatient Pulmonologist at  NYC Health + Hospitals / Gotham Health, Roosevelt,  an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice, located in the Jackson Heights section of Queens.  Our dedicated team at  NYC Health + Hospitals / Gotham Health  provides coordinated care using the best clinical practices and tools to manage patient health. We provide the full spectrum of care for children and adults. Because we are part of the largest public health care system in the country, we can provide easy referrals to a vast network of hospitals, home care services, nursing homes and specialty care providers across the city.

We are looking for an Outpatient Pulmonologist to provide services at three of our Gotham Health sites - Bushwick, Tremont and Roosevelt.

• Provides full scope of adult inpatient medicine services - diagnosis, treatment and coordination of care
• Follows patients diagnosed with COVID and are currently experiencing underlying issues
• Trains and supervises medical residents and students and advanced practice clinicians

Qualifications

Wages and Benefits include :

Annual Base Salary : $235,500

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $258,500

Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
