VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - OB / GYN.

• Description : Looking for 1 or 2 providers to work in clinic 3 to 4 days per week. The dates I am looking for as of right now : January 5th through the 9th.January 12th -16thJanuary 26th-30thFebruary 23rd -27thMarch 2nd -6thMarch 16th – 20thMarch 30th-April 3rdApril 13-17May 4-8June 22-25June 29-July 3 Some of these are short shifts, but will have longer shifts to offer in the following months. Clinic hours are 7 : 30 to 4 : 30 with patients starting to be seen at 8am.
• 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
