Remote but must be willing to work 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm HST. The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for attracting qualified prospects and taking all (Registered Behavioral Technician and Direct Support Professional) candidates through the hiring process to onboarding.

Base salary of up to $60k a year plus bonus eligibility
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in home care and / or recruiting
Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) is preferred, but no required
Ability to interpret and manage supply / demand of variable candidate flow
Strong time management skills and ability to recruit effectively for high-volume office environments
Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English
Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures
Responsible for posting jobs in direct collaboration with service offices based on talent supply / demand needs
Maintain relationships with assigned service offices as an embedded talent acquisition partner, providing outstanding customer service, strategizing based on supply and demand, and ensuring needs are filled timely
Track metrics on the efficiency of the centralized recruiting pipeline, tracking time from application to conditional offer
Match and connect candidates to the local office
Maintain ‘top of the funnel’ – lead and conduct outreach and sourcing; Maintain knowledge of employee benefits and pay rates and communicate information as necessary to field employees
Lead sales and marketing efforts of the overall BAYADA brand; Conduct interviews according to policy for candidates for Hawaii Behavioral Health and Habilitation clients
Oversee the whole interview process for candidates, including movement through the pipeline
Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions / attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff
