Connections IT Services is in search of a DevOps Engineer

Summary : The main purpose of the DevOps engineer is to be a key member of a DevOps centric engineering team responsible for operational activities related to service management of global business. Focused on technology behind cloud-based service solutions.

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for day-to-day health and uptime of SaaS site and quality.
Write and deploy automation to maintain deployments across multiple datacenters and environments.
Create, automate, and maintain puppet modules for Cloud deployments. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analyses, find and fix problems.
Work to constantly find improvements to reliability and uptime.
Must have experience in wide range of technologies and deep understanding of web architecture.

Qualifications :

Familiarity with : Linux, Windows, SQL Server, MySQL, Apache Tomcat, OpenStack, and more. Strong scripting ability in Ruby, BASH, Python, or related. Puppet, CHEF LINUX system administration experience.

Bachelor’s Degree required.

3 years’ experience.
