Our Client, technology company that designs, develops, and manufactures advanced lithium-ion battery solutions for electric vehicles and energy storage systems is looking for a Global IT Director to lead worldwide IT strategy and operations. This is a high-impact role where youll define and execute the IT roadmap, ensuring technology solutions drive business growth, operational excellence, and innovation across manufacturing, sales, and distribution.

What Youll Do

• Lead global IT operations, ensuring stability, scalability, and reliability of systems and services
• Own SAP / S4HANA operations, integrations, and user support across Finance, Manufacturing, and Distribution
• Drive IT SOX compliance, audit readiness, and risk management
• Oversee infrastructure and cloud (networks, servers, endpoints, M365 / Azure) with strong cybersecurity focus
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, and contracts for optimal value and compliance
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and senior leadership to align IT priorities
• Lead and mentor a global IT team, fostering a culture of compliance and innovation
