Job description

Overview

Our client is a leading metal products manufacturer that focuses almost exclusively in the building materials space, and they have a very unique competitive advantage since they are owned by one of the largest suppliers in their space. They are looking for someone to take the reigns of their customer service and sales operations teams. Ideally, this person would have a firm grasp of ERP and CRM systems and have a history of finding deficiencies and coming up with creative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service
  • Investigate and deploy new operational policies

Qualifications

  • Sales, operations, and or customer service experience
  • ERP and CRM experience
