Clinician needed for full-time, direct hire position in Southern New Jersey.
Join a dedicated, trauma-informed team supporting parents in recovery and helping children thrive. This full-time clinician role combines parent-child therapy and individual / substance use counseling for a small caseload, allowing you to make a meaningful impact. You'll perform comprehensive mental health assessments, co-create service plans, and provide individual therapy while using Family Based Recovery (FBR) tools to strengthen parent-child relationships and promote healthy child development.
The position includes facilitating weekly parent-child therapy groups, conducting developmental screenings, addressing child safety concerns, and supporting clients through recovery, education, and employment goals. You will collaborate closely with DCP&P caseworkers and other providers, ensuring coordinated care from referral through discharge.
A flexible schedule is required, including evening hours and participation in a 24 / 7 on-call rotation.
Position Requirements
NJ LSW or LCSW with 1-2 years' experience working with children and in substance use settings preferred.
