The Director of Strategy and Operations for the US Nephrology Franchise plays a crucial role in ensuring the team is optimally positioned to achieve strategic goals and business priorities. Reporting to the Head of the US Nephrology Franchise, you will serve as the chief of staff and a key member of the US Nephrology Leadership Team. This position involves establishing and managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional leaders to drive innovation and alignment. You will guide the development and execution of the US Launch Strategy for nephrology assets, chair the US Launch Operations Team, and oversee a project manager for launch planning. Your influence will extend across project teams, providing matrixed leadership and advisory to enhance operational excellence. This role offers significant learning and development opportunities, requiring a combination of problem-solving skills, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and effective communication with senior executives.

The base compensation range for this role is : $195,000.00-$269,000.00. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
