Provides collateral information analysis and input, financial data analysis and reporting, collateral verification, marketing database maintenance, product marketing, and referral source cultivation. Interact on the telephone and in person with loan clients, prospective clients, and referral sources. Successful employees have the opportunity to advance in either account management or business development. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Including but not limited to :

• Analyze collateral assignments to determine ineligible accounts receivable and inventory for borrowing base purposes
• Input collateral information updates into loan system (Solifi Open Finance Platform-ABL)
• Recognize and communicate trends in collateral performance
• Spread client financial statements and provide monthly and quarterly reporting
• Recognize and communicate trends in client financial performance
• Ensure receipt of required client financial reporting
• Generate accounts receivable verification letters and follow up with phone call verifications to achieve desired percentages
• Maintain accurate contact information in marketing database
• Input new contacts into marketing database
• Generate marketing materials for business development
• Create and maintain email marketing campaign
• Maintain relationships with loan clients and referral sources through both telephone and in person communication JOB REQUIREMENTS : College degree, emphasis in Finance & Accounting preferable. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Strong communication skills both written and oral. Ability to work in a team environment.
