Referrals and Support : Seamlessly onboard your existing clients while receiving new referrals, with support from a dedicated account manager. No Fees : We don’t charge you to deliver care; all features and resources are free of charge. Innovative AI-Powered Tools : Focus on your clients while our secure, clinically-developed AI tools handle administrative tasks. This includes : Session Takeaways : Send client-friendly summaries of key insights between sessions. Session Prep : Help clients clarify goals before each session. Goal Setting : Collaborate with clients to set and track goals. Treatment Plan : Align with clients on diagnoses and care plans. Reflections : Clients can journal through AI-guided prompts for deeper context. Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. Fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP). Please note that SonderMind does not provide office space; therapists are responsible for securing their own location for in-person sessions, but we can help connect you with other SonderMind therapists looking to share space.

As a Mental Health Therapist at SonderMind, you will :

- Manage your own caseload with the support of our team for insurance credentialing, billing, and client referrals.
