Location : 30 mins outside of Sacramento, CA

Duration : June / July Ongoing

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8-5(8 hour guarantee, they will see patients for 7 hours and 1 hour of charting) or Tuesday-Friday ( 9 hour guarantee, they will see patients for 8 hours and then have an hour of charting)

Call : N / a

Patient volume : Avg 18-20 patients per day

Scope : outpatient primary care (FP or IM)

EMR : Epic

Group Support : 1 MD, 2 NP s

Requirements (boards, license) : Must be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice with active CA license
