Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences for a cloud-based regulatory compliance platform. Key Responsibilities Design and develop instructional content tailored to the needs of surplus lines brokers and compliance teams Utilize AI and machine learning tools to enhance training personalization and responsiveness Translate technical and regulatory information into accessible training content in collaboration with various teams Requirements and Qualifications 4-year college degree in instructional design or educational technology preferred 2+ years of experience in a technical training role, preferably in a SaaS environment Experience with AI-assisted course creation using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools Insurtech or surplus lines tax filing experience is a plus
