The Details : Overall, all bakery duties and operations fall on the bakery manager. The lead and key holders are there to be hands-on assists with the managers goals, plans, and initiatives.

Handles development of management and team members :

• SRG / SRP executions, daily operations efficiencies, new operations roll outs, ensures graded visit bakery compliance
• Completes interviews with potential candidates

Oversees BOH and FOH, and shift leaders and works with them directly on completion of their assigned job duties

Handle all team employment human resources. Semi-annual reviews, performance issues and improvement plan. Communicate with supervisors or assistants the gameplan.

Oversees all operations of the bakery :

Compensation : $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
