Job descriptionBachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing in the state of Michigan. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Passion for community impact and thoughtful design. Competitive salary and annual performance bonuses. Civil Project Manager
Location : Holland, Michigan & Kalamazoo, MI
$90-$120k
A growing civil engineering firm in Kalamazoo & Holland, Michigan is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced civil engineers ready to take the next step in their careers and contribute to meaningful projects across the state.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept through completion.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and construction managers to bring projects to life.
- Apply creativity and technical expertise to a wide range of developments, including :
- Educational campuses
- Residential communities
- Industrial facilities
- Commercial, medical, and institutional sites
- Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
