Job Summary

Supervises, coordinates, and reviews the work of a staff of engineers and technicians. Estimates personnel needs, schedules, and assigns work.

Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments. Makes decisions independently on engineering problems / methods and represents the organization to resolve important questions. Requires the use of advanced techniques and the modification and extension of theories, precepts, and practices of own field and related sciences or disciplines. The knowledge and expertise required for this level usually result from progressive experience.

Responsible for the design and development of new products through the management of multiple projects.

Responsible for at least $150MM of product including all aspects of design development, and product maintenance. Administers multiple large, complex, and technically challenging multi-functional projects over 2 - 5 Product Engineers.

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $120,000 - $175,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
