• #Tier1 Travel Compliance Required at time of submission : Up to date profile document with two supervisor references, all relevant certifications (check JD for specifics), a Nursys report dated within the last two weeks showing all licensed states, and a copy of COVID vaccination information. Epic charting HIGHLY preferred. Check job descriptions for minimum experience allowed. Start Date / RTO / Scheduling Policy - Please check job description for specific start date as they are very firm, and non-negotiable due to New Hire Orientation scheduling. RTO must be listed in submission. No more than two weeks total, and NO RTO within the first two weeks of start date. Holiday RTO is approved at manager discretion.
