PROCESS :

1. Onsite interviews are notbeing held, however, all candidates should be prepared just in case. Yourcandidate(s) need to wear long pants and closed-toe shoes.

2. Groups of 10 will take atour of the facility at the following times : 8 : 30 am, 10 : 00 am, 1 : 00 pm, and3 : 00 pm CST.

3. Send in your candidate(s)and provide their availability for a tour from the hours listed above.

4. The following day, the sitewill call the selected candidates for a brief phone interview. Offers tocandidates will be made promptly.

5. Once an offer is accepted,the same onboarding process applies i.e. physical appointment scheduled withing24 hours, if no appointment is available early in the week, we ask that they goto Conservative Care and wait to be seen.

6. The Smartsheet process willremain the same.

Trainees are paid a trainingwage until the completion of training, approx. 8-12 wks.

Orientation is 2 days thenwill move to their positions.

The Lenexa manufacturing sitemakes a dry powder product, called cell culture media, which is used nationwideby pharmaceutical companies in the manufacture of human and animalpharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be working with Dried Powdered Media (DPM).

WHAT YOULL BE DOING :

Processing loading chemicalsinto large stainless-steel blenders, using an equipment operation interface topreblend / mill / postblend, monitoring automated processes, troubleshooting

Packaging preppingmaterials, packing out powder into containers (barrels, buckets, bottles etc.),palletizing filled containers

Cleaning breakingdown / setting up equipment, hooking up hoses / piping using gaskets / clamps,spraying down rooms, loading equipment into parts-wash, operating andmonitoring automated cleaning

Computer Use must have basiccomputer skills

Documentation the ability toread and write legibly / clearly / accurately in logbooks in English.

The process is standard, buteach batch of powdered product is unique, and the length of manufacturing timewill vary. Therefore, no two days are the same!

All job activities areperformed indoors under temperature-controlled conditions

WHAT YOU BRING :

Machine Operator Experiencepreferred, also Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Quality experience preferred

Computer skills

Ability to completepaper-based documentation

Attention to detail

Willingness to learn

Good attitude and attendance

Candidates should be lookingfor a full-time / permanent position
