Pay Range : $65,000 - $95,000

Job Summary : The National Trainer - Sales is responsible for implementing Retail Sales Associate (RSA) training programs with Account Managers (AM) and Field Sales Consultants (FSC) throughout the United States. The role develops and coaches field sales team members (FSC's & TM's) on effective door call management, gaining RSA advocacy, group presentation skill development, and one-on-one interaction effectiveness. Effectively communicates the overall Tempur Sealy sales training message.
