Job Title : Integration / Interface Engineer

Note : Initially, for the first 3-6 months, the selected candidate will assume an Interface Support Analyst role before transitioning to an Integration Engineer position.
This role also includes participation in an 11-member on-call rotation.
Experience and Education Requirements
- Education : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
Experience :
2-4 years of experience in healthcare technology, or equivalent.1-4 years of experience working with healthcare integrations (required).Technical Skills :
Experience with Mirth Connect, JavaScript, HL7v2, and HL7 CCDA preferred.Experience with Python is a plus.Familiarity with Public Health Reporting is a plus.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers to onboard new data feeds and connections for seamless data sharing.Maintain the operational health of production data feeds and systems, ensuring minimal disruption to services.Continuously monitor data flows to ensure all information reaches its intended destinations without error.Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure successful integrations and system interoperability.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with production data feeds, including assisting other system owners in identifying and resolving errors.Participate in daily and weekly on-call support rotations.Qualifications
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in the following areas :
Integration Experience : Proven familiarity with healthcare data formats like HL7 messages.Documentation Skills : Ability to create and interpret technical documentation effectively.Software Development Lifecycle : Strong understanding of managing the software lifecycle in a structured manner.Security & Encryption : Knowledge of data encryption protocols, including VPN and TLS.Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Problem-Solving : Demonstrated ability to evaluate and resolve complex technical challenges.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
