Job Description
We are seeking a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist for the Early Intervention program, reporting to the Director of Early Childhood Services.
- Responsible for evaluating, assessing, and monitoring children's communication development, including speech, language, voice, fluency, feeding, and oral motor skills.
- Collaborates with families and the early intervention team to develop and implement individualized service plans, providing direct therapy and consultation as needed.
- Maintains accurate records, ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, and participates in trans-disciplinary team efforts, serving as team lead when designated.
- Requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Therapy, CCC or supervised credentials, NM licensure, and experience with children 0-3 preferred.
- Must work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and be bilingual in English / Spanish a plus. Travel within local counties is necessary, and relocation to Los Lunas, NM is required before starting.
