What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including support during emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any irregularities, unusual circumstances, or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter theft, vandalism, or other unwanted activity within the location. Collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and maintain a professional environment. Minimum Requirements : Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
