Gastroenterology Physician Assistant

Mercy Medical Center in Aurora, Illinois is currently seeking dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing inpatient Gastroenterology team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative, patient-focused group while enjoying a balanced schedule and supportive work environment.

Position Details

• Full-time employment Inpatient setting
• Flexible Schedules : Option for 12-hour shifts or 8-hour shifts
• No Call Requirements enjoy your personal time without after-hours interruptions
• Multi-Site Role : Work between our Joliet location and Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago
• Collaborative Team Environment : Work alongside experienced gastroenterologists and support staff
• Provide comprehensive GI care alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians and support staff
• Conduct initial assessments, follow-ups, and manage inpatient consults and outpatient follow-up visits
• Assist with procedures and ensure continuity of care
• Participate in care coordination, documentation, and patient education.
• State-of-the-Art Facilities with advanced GI diagnostic and treatment capabilities
