Job descriptionLead employees to meet production objectives while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Coordinate efforts with warehouse manager and utilizing production personnel to their highest level. Able to follow directions and task. Must be able to train personnel. KEY. Must show good self-starting skills. Help the team achieve INCREASING daily and monthly goals. Hold all employees accountable in higher expectations Work close with leads on safety Motivate and inspire the team to their highest potential. Must be able to give clear and correct directions to the team. Must be able to communicate with other departments Responsible for implementing all daily QC checks in every department. KEY. Must have forklift experience. Must be able to trouble shoot all equipment. Maintain a clean warehouse. Demonstrate competence with company safety standards. Reports to the warehouse manager. Report all incidents / accidents to your manager. Meet physical requirements including lifting. Standing while wearing proper PPE. Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more. Enduring the heat and humidity. Perform other duties as needed.
