Direct Hire CRNA Role $370,000-$380,000 per year in Albuquerque, New Mexico

An independent, full-scope anesthesia group in New Mexico is offering two CRNA positions designed to support both earning potential and work-life balance. Both roles are 1099 contracts, with generous compensation, diverse case exposure, and flexibility to choose the schedule that aligns with your professional and personal goals.

Option 1 :  No-Call, Lifestyle-Focused

• 40-hour / week schedule

– Four 9–11 hour shifts per week

– No weekday or weekend call

– Optional weekend coverage (6 weekends / year)

– OR : $200 / hr

– Weekend day shift : $220 / hr

Option 2 : High-Income, Full-Scope + Limited Call

– Short call every 10th day (7a–11p)

– Weekend call every 4th weekend (rotating in-house or home-call)

– OB coverage is optional

– OR : $220 / hr

– Overnight call : $1,760 / shift

– OB : $210 / hr
