Position Summary :
Plans, organizes and directs implementation of all phases of multiple facility projects in accordance with the principles, practices, tools and techniques prescribed in PMBOK guide.

Certification / Skills :
Minimum Education :
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, construction science or related disciplines required.
Minimum Experience :
5 years of experience working with multiple small facility projects including plant / program adaptation, capital renewal, energy conservation, and deferred maintenance projects required.
Physical Requirements :
Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and / or up to 20 pounds frequently and / or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
