Job descriptionTechnical Degree, Associates or Bachelors in an IT related field of study. 3+ Years' Experience Preferred Certifications a plus Must have a valid driver's license and background check. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Enthusiastic and detail-oriented. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Job Description
ACRP is seeking a qualified individual for an open computer technician position. Primary responsibilities will include handling incoming help desk service requests related to desktop end-user support, computer repair, and performing PC and network device maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor helpdesk and provide first-level support for workstations, VoIP phones, and mobile devices.
- Perform PC setup, repair and maintenance, including operating system hardware and software installation.
- Conduct workstation virus, spyware and malware removal.
- Unlock user accounts and reset passwords.
- Perform network device maintenance.
- Assist with IT related projects.
- Maintain and update support documentation.
- Travel onsite to satellite offices as needed.
