WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Participate in an extensive program to develop the skills for providing holistic financial advice to clients, including classroom discussions and progress evaluations.Gain invaluable sales experience while marketing Individual Insurance products and demonstrate your proficiency by passing a sales process competency test.Enhance your prospecting abilities through research, targeting, networking, and effective communication via personal networks, community events, and social media.Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings and showcase expertise in their features and benefits.Ensure a smooth application and underwriting process by managing content, proposals, and paperwork flow with our field and Home Office teams.WHAT YOU'LL BRING :
Successfully complete all trainee program requirements, gaining essential skills and knowledge.Obtain necessary insurance licenses prior to starting, allowing up to two attempts for the Life and Health exams.Pass the CRD / FINRA background check upon hire and consistently thereafter, with securities licensing required within 24 months of program entry.Be highly self-motivated and results-driven while collaborating effectively as part of a team.Be available to travel up to 50% of the time, hold a valid U.S. driver's license, and have reliable transportation for meetings and appointments.Embrace a culture of diversity and inclusion by valuing different ideas and demonstrating curiosity.PREFERRED :
