Job descriptionDiagnose, stabilize, and treat emergency cases Perform emergency surgeries as needed Leverage digital X-ray, ultrasound, and in-house lab Communicate clearly with pet families and referring vets Work closely with skilled technicians and support staff Keep thorough and timely medical records Stay current with CE and best practices DVM (or equivalent); active FL or TX license 1+ year ER experience preferred Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills Calm, collaborative mindset under pressure Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care Base Salary : $200K+ Production Bonus : 21 - 23% (paid monthly) Full Benefits : 401(k) with 4% match CE Allowance DEA & State Licensing Liability Insurance Paid Maternity & Family Medical Leave PTO + Sick Days Uniforms Provided Relocation Bonus (if moving to TX) 3 Shifts / Week (12-hour day or night shifts) Flexible Scheduling Available Transparency Open in our care, communication, and facility design Empathy Every patient is treated like our own Trust Built through consistency and integrity Safety For patients, families, and our team Teamwork Collaborative approach, every shift
