Required Qualifications

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Oregon.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care facility.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Up-to-date vaccinations including COVID-19.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with geriatric population care.

Advanced certification in gerontology.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience working in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
