Job Summary and Qualifications

The Discharge RN will assist in coordinating patient flow through the hospital and ensuring quality care across the continuum. They will provide leadership and support to the interdisciplinary team to ensure improvement opportunities are appropriately channeled to affect positive change and increase throughput.

The work schedule is M-F, 9am - 5pm.
